Job Description
Hope all is well!We urgently looking for below positions for leading Manufacturing Company in Mauritius (Country in East Africa)
Position: Maintenance Technicians Electrical = 10 Nos
Mandatory Knowledge on the Following
Technical and Electrical Knowledge :
Understanding of Industrial three phases system and operation
PLC function in a control system and operation.
Industrial machines Diagnostic and Analysis and fault finding.
Industrial switch gear and control
Industrial electrical installation, distribution and protection
Industrial Electrical Components : motors, control panels, relays, breakers, RCD, contactors, etc
Sensors (photo sensor, proximity sensor, etc. ) switches and actuators
Pneumatic system including valves, actuators, control modules and air control system
Transformers and motors
Understanding of electronic components
Troubleshooting and fault finding of 3 phases machines and equipment
Preventive maintenance and repair works
Temperature controllers using Pt100, 4 20 mA and PID control
Inverters and Speed control
Knowledge in mechanics, e.g. Gears reducers, belts, bearings, chains etc
Duties:
Ensure that all machines are operating at optimum output level under the appropriate configuration
To read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Contribute in the elaboration and implementation of new projects involving electrical or automated equipment for replacement or upgrade of our equipment list
Ensure that all machines are operating at optimum output level under the appropriate configuration
Contribute in the elaboration and implementation of new projects involving electrical or automated equipment for replacement or upgrade of our equipment list
Train operators on new machines or any modifications done to existing equipment
Ensure that all machines are operated safely and do not pose a hazard to the health and safety of any operators or surrounding workers
Intervene during breakdowns efficiently and effectively so that operations can resume smoothly and as fast as possible.
Verify and maintain existing tools and equipment in good conditions before any intervention Train operators on new machines or any modifications done to existing equipment
Ensure that all machines are operating at optimum output level under the appropriate configuration
Perform preventive maintenance on existing machinery to avoid any breakdown before it occurs and/or to reduce the probability of a machine failure to the minimum.
Report to the Maintenance head

Responsible and Efficient
Computer Literate
Qualification:
Bachelor degree in Electric / Electronic/ Electro Mechanic or any other related field.
A master degree in the Maintenance would be an advantage.
Experience
A minimum 5 Years of Experience in Maintenance Department
Experience to work on Industrial machines.
