Job Description

Should have strong experience in implementing Success Factors Employee Central module and HR business processes for external customers.

  • To provide expertise in configuring Employee Central in terms of global business requirements. Should understand country specificlocalizations
  • Strong understanding of Employee Central Data models Succession data models, Corporate Data models and MDFs, propagation data models
  • Strong expertise in EmployeeCentral data models, Picklists management, User access through role based permissions, Organization, Pay & Job Structures Management, Country Specific Fields (CSF) customization, Self Service ( MSS / ESS) Transactions Configuration, Workflow Configuration, EC Position Management, Rules Management, Meta Data Framework (MDF) Objects Configuration, business rules configurations
  • Strong expertise in developing EC Timesheets and Time off configurations. Expertise in configuring Holiday Calendars, Work Schedules, Workflows, Take Rules, Accrual Rules, Period End Processing Rules, Time Account Types, Time Types, Time Profile etc.
  • Expertise in a proposing the solutions to business.
  • Must have good experience in designing the functional and technical solutions.
  • This role requires build the demo or prototype for the HR systems to present the solution to business leads. Coordinate with technical leads, Onsite business leads, Project managers and delivery managers. Accountable for design, build, testing and documentation.
  • Should have strong experience in implementingSuccess Factors Employee Central module and HR business processes for external customers.

Build the Employee Central prototype solution or demo in Sandbox system based on customer requirements

  • Employee CentralConfigurations and Testing in Pre-production and Production environments
  • Testing of integrations with Employee Central
  • Migration of legacy SAP HR data into Success Factors Employee Central
  • Share knowledge within the team and build the competency in the team
  • Strong consulting skills to balance attention to details and the big picture

Essential

Must hold a degree and 8+ years of experience in HCM Domain

3+ years experience in building or supporting configurations for Success Factors in Employee Central

Success Factors Employee Central Certified candidates will be preferred

Experience in other SuccessFactors modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding would be an added advantage

Experience in Data optimization and data migration

Desired

  • Onsite Experience outside India Desirable but not required
  • English language (fluent in both written and verbal)

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Good communication & facilitation skills

  • Strong ability to understand complex system landscape configuration considering theend to end view
