You should be a science graduate preferably an MBA, with minimum 6 to 8 years of marketing and hard- core sales experience in a pharmaceutical industry. Conceptual skills, analytical abilities and creative outlook are a must. You have to lead a team of representatives and managers & implement companys marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives for the zone assigned to you.
