Job Description

Qualification Required- CA Qualified/CA Inter/CMA/ICWA/ICWA semi Qualified/CA semi qualified.

Must have- USGAAP/IFRS/UKGAAP (Any One/hands on experience)

Experience Required- Minimum 10 Years (3 years in team handling)

 

JD-


1. Business process management-
circa 50% of time performing operational tasks (self) and 50% time for line management across
two levels
Review and approve tasks performed by team members and assistant managers
Service oriented professional and exposure to complaint handling, Root cause analysis (RCA),
Corrective Actions-Preventive Actions (CAPA resolution management
review team and direct reports performance; conduct performance appraisals
Internal Control & Compliance will be responsible for ensuring that process internal controls
are conducted, and records kept. Process to comply with local/ regulatory requirements
participate and contribute to operational & tactical meetings with business colleagues, including,
but not limited to KPI performance
Relationship management - work closely and establish a good working relationship with
colleagues in business; may involve limited contact with clients/ stakeholders

2. People Management-
leading people i.e. communicate to influence; performance management; people development,
staff motivation/ retention, employee engagement rewarding & recognizing etc.

3. Continuous Improvement -
encourage team to continuously improve the process by removing non-value add tasks,
improving TAT/ service quality and making it efficient
Will carry a responsibility to initiate and orchestrate process improvements

4. Point of escalation -
be the second point of escalation for the service/ processing issues

5. Risk Management -
Conduct operational risks assessment in the process and propose mitigation actions
Migrations
Support
work directly with Migration Manager to understand the scope of incoming activities
coordinate with Manager - Transitions & Operations Stabilization (receiving side) to (a) prepare
the department for receiving activities in scope (b) ensure that relevant KPIs are agreed and
included in the service level agreement.
