Job Description

What will you do
  • Ensure adherence to all ITIL processes
  • Provide ServiceNow configuration and scripting within the tool in Client environments
  • Work on Servicenow architecture for one-to-one and one to many connections
  • Drive core ITSM applications within ServiceNow and its offered applications
  • Develop clear and concise technical and process documentation, making use of the knowledgebase module within ServiceNow
  • Identify, train and communicate standard methodologies related to ServiceNow development and usage to customers and employees

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Minimum 5 years experience in software development with 2 years in Servicenow Platform Implementation
  • Experience of implementing data loads, inbound and outbound API integrations, catalog items and workflows within ServiceNow
  • Ability to write JavaScript code that is easy to read, follows standards with extensibility and also to write AngularJS widgets for the Service Portal

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • ServiceNow Dev / Admin Certification
  • Working knowledge in enterprise architectures
  • You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
  • Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
  • Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
