1. The incumbent will be managing a team of Institutional Sales Officers placed across the above-mentioned areas.
2. He will be required to foster an alliance with the stakeholders at hospitals/Nursing homes for the placement and promotion of the products in their premises.
3. He also will be responsible for relationship management with the Distributors and the channel partners to ensure smooth transition of the products to the point of sales.
4.He will be responsible to drive promotional schemes/events to increase the brand value and market share of our products. He should be able to gauge competitors move and trends and formulate her counter business strategies.
