Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Recruiting agents, training these agents for selling insurance policies, manage the team of agents, meeting clients and achieving targets.

Job Profile:

Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped to him
Acquiring new agents on a regular basis
Handling all the retail products across the portfolio including health, property & motor
Maintaining relationships with the agents
To solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with the agents
To meet agents, Lead providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner
