Process Specialist - Mumbai - Skill Ventory

Job Description

• Issue Resolution related to various Inventory Management reports
• Resolution of EDI/IDOC errors related with Inventory transactions
• Resolution of inventory discrepancies related with Inventory movements
• Resolution of inventory discrepancies related with Goods Receipts v/s Invoice Receipts
• Resolution of material Quality related issues
• Work independently / directly with external and internal plants to ensure accurate and timely resolution
• Support business continuity to meet critical business objectives.
• Identify, initiate, and implement process improvement ideas. Leverage Continues Improvement tools or mindset to identify recurring issues and work towards Institutional Solution.
• Support audit and control to ensure compliance with GMI and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
• Actively participate in team or site events/initiatives
• Develop strong relationships with business partners including other Mumbai support teams and Minneapolis headquarter teams
