PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Analyzingthenewprojectsreceived,understandingtheclient'srequirements.
• Managesprojectschedulesandscope
• Monitorsauthors,subjectmatterexperts,andvendorsintermsofmeetingprogramrequirements (scope),schedules,budgets,andquality
• Providesweeklyorbi-weeklystatusupdatesfortheclients.
• InteractingwiththeClientsonacontinuousbasisregardingthespecificationsoftheprojects, handlingtheirqueries,keepingthemupdatedaboutthestatusofthecurrentprojectsthroughlive chats,emailsandphones.(CustomerRelations)
• Managetheworkandqualityofoffshore/onshoreeditorialandproductionvendors
• Manageandmaintaincontentdevelopmentschedules,budgets,deadlines,projectteammeetingandschedules
• Communicatecontentproductstatusanddeliverydatestostakeholdersandpromptlyaddressany relatedquestions
• Supervisethegenerationofneededcontentdevelopmentdocumentationforsales,productand marketing

• Note:

• Previous experience of SMEs management is required
• Someone who has managed the academic content creation projects
