Have overall 10-12 years? experience in web and mobile technologies as PHP, Django, Python, Mysql, Angular, React, Node and open source technologies. Understanding of API-based integration models and technologies

Have at least 4-5 years? experience leading and managing engineering teams (10+ members) to deliver on-time, on-budget

Have experience and understanding of Agile methods especially Scrum/Kanban, DevOps especially in a cloud-driven environment. Experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello and open source DevOps tools preferred

Understand testing methods/tools Experience in a product company a plus

What you will doAs a lead member of the Engineering team, you will work closely with the Product and Technology leadership to help us build the next generation of the Haqdarshak platform to meet the growing demands from our partners, customers and end users

Manage a team of 5-10 members

Plan and manage multiple product roadmap and customer project deliveries for on-time, on-budget delivery

Provide guidance to technical and support teams on product architecture, design, coding, testing and support, including rolling up your sleeves to undertake technical work when necessary

Proactively report status of various projects and product development to the leadership and actively seeking inputs through frequent interactions

Support leadership to drive industry standard methodologies and best practices into the development, testing and deployment process, for continuous efficiency and productivity improvements

Mentor team members and provide technical inputs acting as subject matter expert where necessary

Support leadership in product roadmap planning/prioritization, hiring, budgets, and other technology management activities as needed to grow and scale the organization
