Job Description
We are looking for Experienced Engineering Manager with the following skills.
- Should have hands on experience managing large product development projects adhering to agreed TAT.
Should have the technical capacity and capability to partner with tech leads and architects in problem solving
- Should be responsible for the group's technical strategy and roadmap - creating success metrics in close collaboration with other groups across the organisation in executing initiatives in an agile way.
- Sole responsible for end- to-end product development and delivery.
- Should be good in project management skills and effectively communicate with all internal stakeholders as needed.
- Give engineers the tools, confidence, and motivation to make decisions independently that lead to their recognition.
- Understanding of front-end architecture and data-driven development.
Understanding of SaaS industry with hands on experience with public cloud offerings (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Should have worked in Startup Companies and Hunger to be successful.
Should be ready to lead the team from the front and take quick decisions.
Should have the experience in selecting the best talent for the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to efficiently resolve team conflicts & roadblocks.
