Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities by working with Senior Leadership and as per company objectives. Own the product roadmap from initiation to release.

Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner

Providing vision and direction to the agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements

Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product, ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on

Assess value, develop cases, and convert them into prioritize epics, stories and tasks in JIRA with detailed functional requirements to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy

Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories

Work closely with Tech Lead/Architect, and business to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI

Lead in developing product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities

Provide an active role in mitigating impediments, take ownership of team, manage, and monitor them in order to impact on successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals

Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product, know the numbers for your product and market trends by following industry,

Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

Very positive attitude to Research and Development (R&D)

Required Candidate profile

Any of the following certification will be a plus:

CSPO, A-CSPO (scrumalliance.org) /

PSPO I, PSPO II (scrum.org)

Qualification

B.Tech/M.Tech (CSE/IT/ECE)

Educational Qualification can be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
