You are considered the most technically competent developer on the team. They shall have a deep and broad understanding of the software development process and the multitude of tools available to them to execute that process with a Specialty in Dot net. Developer I, IIs are considered to be more than executors and are expected to be a mentor to other less senior members of the team. They are expected to have extensive knowledge about the products they are working on, the products they have worked on in the past, and industry best practices. Developer IIIs are expected to proactively provide solutions to problems, to provide technical leadership, and to help develop the teams competencies wherever applicable. Developer I, IIs are also expected to have long term experience in multiple different development disciplines including Microsoft Dynamics AX. Breadth of experience is required in a Dev I, II.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development and maintenance/after release support cycle on Microsoft platforms
- Robust Knowledge of IIS and web hosting, windows Server OS
- Strong knowledge with Microsoft SQL Server, database production issues
- Hands on experience with Web Services. Web API preferred
- Hands on experience with JavaScript Frameworks likes (jQuery, Angular JS)
- Knowledge of CDN and load balancer is preferred
- Knowledge of building and maintain reusable libraries
- Able to identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
- Use trace analysis, source code, and other sophisticated debugging tools to analyses problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs
- Code review and maintain Code sanity & versioning
- Conversant with .Net Programming, .NET frameworks
- Experience in eCommerce, Retail, ERP Domain product is preferred
- Experience of tracking tools like Atlassian Jira
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and C#
