Responsibilities
Able to analyze, design & build scalable applications.
Integration of user-facing elements developed by a front-end developer with server-side logic.
Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability.
Implementation of security and data protection.
Creates high- and low-level application to design artifacts, including process flows, data models and interfaces based on maintenance, operations and performance standards
Plan and coordinates for design activities within a development team that includes detailed design specifications to ensure requirements and technology standards are met
Trains junior engineers on technical skills. Provide guidance and directions for the development teams to ensure compliance standards are met.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science must
Fluent communication in English
Strong experience in NodeJs and/or Python programming & should have used web framework for server side (ExpressJS, etc.)
Experience in building production grade applications in .Net (or Java)
Exposure to Azure Cloud Services (or equivalent) is a plus - SQL Server, Functions, App Services, etc.
Good experience with SQL & NoSQL Databases, Messaging Systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.)
Exposure to Front End Technologies - Angular/ReactJS
Hands on experience in implementing Security protocols (OAuth2.0) for the application development
Exposure to Application Security Tools & vulnerability detection/remediation is a plus
Experience in using CI/CD tools, GIT, Build Tools, etc.
Understanding/Experience of the Finance/Investment Management Industry is good to have
