Position -Associate
Process -P2P- Help Desk (Invoice processing)
SUMMARY OF THE JOB
Answer inbound calls/Emails or communicate with customers electronically to assist them in their inquiries or questions according to prescribed protocols
Assume ownership for the co-ordination, investigation and documentation of customer issues
Develop and maintain expert knowledge of incident tracking system, central support knowledge base, and service desk processes and procedures
Share information required for the success of the Service Desk team
Maintain the highest ethical and integrity standards in all internal and external dealings and internal and external relationships .
SAP experience is Must .
