Job Description

Requires 2-4 years relevant experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Tunes, maintains, designs and documents supporting systems,utility programs, monitoring tools, etc.
Performs a variety of maintenance tasks associated with the support, modification, and updating of the system software to include system software installations, upgrades, tests, troubleshooting and fixes.
Performs incident manage-ment and change manage-ment execution.
Creates and manages capacity and trending reports of system operations.
