Job Description

We have an urgent opening for ARDM & Sr. ARDM(Agency Recruitment & Development Manager) position for across East Zone.

Candidate should be minimum 1 year of any Field Sales/ Direct Sales Experience background NOT Retail/Store sales or Back office
Candidate should be Interested for Field & Insurance sales only NOT Back office, Backend or Retail
Candidates should be minimum Graduate- Mandatory.
Candidate should belong to the particular location only- Should be Localite Only.
Candidate should have Two Wheeler & Smartphone- Mandatory.
Direct Company Payroll.
Fixed Salary + ESIC + PF + Huge Incentive

Location : Bongaigaon, Guwahati, Jorhat, Asansol, Howrah, Kolkata, Siliguri, Kolkata
