Senior Conversational AI Engineer + GCP @ Capgemini

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Design and build conversational experiences using Dialogflow ES & CX, CCAI Platform, Agent Assist, Virtual Agents, Knowledge AI
• Design and Build intent models, flows, parameters, session management, contexts.
• Implement customer journeys for voice & chat channels.
• Experience with GenAI-based conversational agents (Vertex AI)
• Build microservices/APIs using Python (FastAPI/Flask) and Node.js (Express/NestJS).
• Integrate Dialogflow flows with backend systems (CRM, ERP, ticketing, databases).
• Develop event-driven components using Pub/Sub, EventArc, Cloud Functions.
• Experienced in Integrating elephony / Omni-channel Integrations such as Genesys Cloud, Avaya, Nice CXone, UJET / Contact Center as a Service platforms
• Deploying cloud services using Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Firestore / Datastore
• Build IaC automation with Terraform
• Build CI/CD pipelines (Cloud Build / GitHub Actions).
• Implement logging & monitoring using Cloud Monitoring and Cloud Logging.
• Good To Have:
• Preferred Google Cloud certifications:
• Professional Cloud Developer
• Professional Cloud Architect
• Contact Center AI Engineer (if available)
