Job Descriptions:

5+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure
Highly experienced in following technologies
MS windows server 2012/R2/2016, OS hardening, Active Directory, Group Policy, ADFS, DNS DHCP services -Level 3
MS Exchange 2016, Office 365, PowerShell - Level3
In depth knowledge of Microsoft SCCM - Level 3
Virtualization: VMware/vSphere, ESXI, VCenter, Hyper-V
Patching tools of workstations and servers
Mobile Device Management solutions (preferably Airwatch, Intune)
Cloud Services : AWS and Azure
Server Hardware:- Cisco UCS, HP
Administration of File & Print Servers
Automation: PowerShell and VBS
ITIL Framework:- Incidents Management, Change Management, Problem Management
Mentoring and motivating individuals towards maximizing productivity
Conducting internal trainings/Knowledge transfer sessions
Coordination with different teams as & when required.
Capable to understand customer requirements and take proactive actions accordingly
Experience in producing technical documentations/SOPs
