Job Description
Skills / Experience Required- Good knowledge and understanding of OTC (FX, Rates, Credit, Equities & Commodities) and Fixed Income Securities eg Bonds.
- Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting obligations is preferable
- Understanding of OTC Trade Lifecycle.
- Analytical and Problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication along with team management skills
- Quality consciousness
- Experience working on Regulatory Reporting,Trade Transaction Reporting, MIFID, EMIR, CFTC, CSA, Regulatory Reporting obligations.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Client Policies
- Independently handle the process integrities and escalate challenges/ issues in a timely manner
- Innovate and implement processes, specify automation software needs, recruit, train, manage your team to deliver to client SLAs, and perform continuous process monitoring and improvement
- Analyze complex problems and come up with lateral solutions
- Build domain expertise and lead from the front along with sharing best practices within teams
- Manage client escalations and suggest mitigation steps to prevent future escalations.
Background and Skills
- Strong business understanding of Regulatory reporting, strong knowledge on latest industry developments related to Regulatory reporting
- Willingness to continuously learn and upgrade skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to network and earn confidence of diverse Client personnel
- Organized, Detail Oriented, Flexible, Self-Starter & highly motivated
- Should be able to act fast and decisively when dealing with critical situations
- Good execution in planning, organizing and time management
