Job Description

Skills / Experience Required
  • Good knowledge and understanding of OTC (FX, Rates, Credit, Equities & Commodities) and Fixed Income Securities eg Bonds.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting obligations is preferable
  • Understanding of OTC Trade Lifecycle.
  • Analytical and Problem solving abilities
  • Excellent communication along with team management skills
  • Quality consciousness
  • Experience working on Regulatory Reporting,Trade Transaction Reporting, MIFID, EMIR, CFTC, CSA, Regulatory Reporting obligations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Client Policies
  • Independently handle the process integrities and escalate challenges/ issues in a timely manner
  • Innovate and implement processes, specify automation software needs, recruit, train, manage your team to deliver to client SLAs, and perform continuous process monitoring and improvement
  • Analyze complex problems and come up with lateral solutions
  • Build domain expertise and lead from the front along with sharing best practices within teams
  • Manage client escalations and suggest mitigation steps to prevent future escalations.

Background and Skills
  • Strong business understanding of Regulatory reporting, strong knowledge on latest industry developments related to Regulatory reporting
  • Willingness to continuously learn and upgrade skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to network and earn confidence of diverse Client personnel
  • Organized, Detail Oriented, Flexible, Self-Starter & highly motivated
  • Should be able to act fast and decisively when dealing with critical situations
  • Good execution in planning, organizing and time management
