Job Summary

The Sr. Software Engineer B2 role is designed for experienced professionals with 8 to 12 years of expertise in software development. The candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on developing and maintaining software solutions using technologies such as Vue.JS React Angular Microservices .Net Core Spring Boot Python C# and Java. This position requires a strong technical background and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team to drive innovation and deliver high-qualit

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable software solutions using Vue.JS React and Angular to enhance user experience and functionality.

Implement microservices architecture to ensure efficient and modular software design contributing to the overall system performance.

Utilize .Net Core and Spring Boot frameworks to build robust backend services that support business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for software development.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve software defects ensuring timely delivery of solutions to maintain system reliability.

Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development processes.

Participate in agile development methodologies contributing to sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Ensure software solutions align with company goals and contribute to the overall impact on society through innovative technology.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver solutions that drive company success.

Document software development processes and maintain comprehensive records for future reference. Qualifications

Demonstrate proficiency in Vue.JS React and Angular showcasing a strong understanding of front-end development.

Exhibit expertise in microservices architecture ensuring efficient and modular software design.

Possess solid experience with .Net Core and Spring Boot frameworks for backend development.

Show proficiency in Python C# and Java demonstrating versatility in programming languages.

Have a strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.

Demonstrate effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
