Location - Gurgaon

Shift - 1-10 pm

4 Days WFO

Exp - 6 - 10 yrs

Skillset: Python, AWS (Glue, Step functions, Lambda,RDS,DMS, EKS, Terraform), Fast API, Typescript.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Python, AWS, Fast API, and SQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable APIs, managing cloud-based infrastructure, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Python and FastAPI
• Build and consume RESTful APIs with high performance and scalability
• Develop and optimize database queries using SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL/others)
• Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS (Glue, Step functions, Lambda,RDS,DMS, EKS, Terraform etc)
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Ensure security, data protection, and system reliability

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python programming
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks (Flask/Django)
• Good experience with AWS cloud services
• Solid understanding of SQL databases and query optimization
• Knowledge of API design principles and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker and containerization
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to asynchronous programming in Python
• Knowledge of caching tools like Redis
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies is a plus

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving ability
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in an agile environment

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
