AWS DataOps Senior Lead Software Engineer @ Infosys

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, modern and efficient cloud software solutions.

Ensure the quality, integrity, and security of the code across all platform components.

Monitor and troubleshoot the performance and reliability of the data platform.

Maintain technical consistency and coherence across all developed repositories and products.

Provide guidance and support to other team members in their development efforts.

Foster a strong development & pair programming culture within the team.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong proficiency in AWS DataOps (Athena / Redshift / Dynamo DB / Glue / EMR / Lakeformation)

Solid DevOps experience in AWS (Lambda / API Gateway / ECS / Batch / SNS SQS / Cloud Formation / CDK).

Proficiency In Software Engineering (design API and micro-services)

Experience with AWS SysOp (IAM / Network / VPC / SecuGroup, Security / Route 53 / ACM)

Experience in Software Engineering (Python / Pytest / Fast API)

Experience in Bash & Linux, Docker

Experience in Git, Versioning, GitOps / GitLab, CI/CD

Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in AWS and Data Ops

Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
