Job Description
Role Summary / Job Purpose
Senior Azure AI Developer will design and develop AI-driven solutions on Microsoft Azure, with a strong focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI, supporting IT Operations and AIOps use cases for telecom clients. The role involves building scalable AI services, intelligent agents, and automation workflows that enhance operational efficiency and service reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI/GenAI solutions using Azure AI services
- Build and deploy GenAI-based applications using Azure OpenAI
- Develop Agentic AI workflows for incident analysis, RCA, and remediation support
- Implement AI use cases for IT Operations and AIOps scenarios
- Integrate AI solutions with monitoring, observability, and ITSM platforms
- Develop APIs, microservices, and pipelines for AI workloads
- Ensure performance, security, and scalability of AI solutions
- Collaborate with architects, AIOps teams, and telecom operations stakeholders
- Support solution design discussions and technical walkthroughs

- Production-ready GenAI and Agentic AI components on Azure
- AI use cases improving incident handling and operational insights
- Reusable AI services and automation components
- Stable, secure, and scalable AI deployments
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Azure AI services (Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Cognitive Services)
- GenAI frameworks (prompt engineering, RAG patterns, LLM orchestration)
- Agentic AI concepts (multi-step agents, tool-calling, workflow orchestration)
- Python, REST APIs, microservices architecture
- Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
AIOps / IT Operations Skills
- Understanding of IT Ops / AIOps use cases
- Incident, alert, and event data processing
- Integration with monitoring and observability tools
- ITSM systems (ServiceNow or equivalent)
Telecom Domain Knowledge
- Telecom IT and network operations exposure
- OSS/BSS, NOC, and service assurance familiarity
- Multi-vendor, large-scale operational environments
Behavioral / Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in client-facing environments

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering / Computer Science
- Azure certifications (AI / Data / Cloud) preferred
Experience
- 710 years of overall experience in software / AI development
- 3+ years working on AI / ML solutions
- Hands-on experience with GenAI and Azure-based AI services
- Prior exposure to IT Operations or AIOps use cases is preferred
