Roles and Responsibilities :
Case Review: Review and assess seller appeals in line with established SOPs and make decisions to approve or deny appeals based on the analysis of the provided information.
Email Communication: Send performance alerts to sellers via email, manage email correspondence with sellers, addressing queries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
Salesforce Management: Use Salesforce to work on assigned cases. This includes updating all relevant fields, Updating the case status as required and adding appropriate notes.
Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of all appeals and alert communications on trackers.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure cohesive operations and alignment of goals.
