Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead overall plant security operations ensuring personnel and asset safety
Liaise with local authorities, CISF/private security agencies, and emergency services
Implement surveillance, access control systems, and emergency response plans.
Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with safety norms.
Lead crisis management, emergency response, and incident investigations
Own Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) preparedness and drills
Manage contract security agencies and large multi-location security teams

Preferred candidate profile

10+ years of security experience, preferably Ex-Army / Navy/Air Force.
Experience handling security for Any manufacturing Industries
