Job Description
Job Title: Media Indexing Trainee

Week O: Saturday & Sunday
Job Description:
Perform text content indexing by reviewing and analyzing PDF documents across
diverse domains such as education, crime, science, engineering, humanities, social
studies, law, ction, and more. Accurately capture and record key details including authors, ailiations, titles,
contributions, and pagination from the available content.
Analyze and categorize content using appropriate metadata, keywords, and tags to
ensure eicient retrieval.
Develop, maintain, and manage a structured taxonomy or categorization system for
systematic indexing.
Ensure all content is indexed in alignment with established guidelines, standards,
and quality benchmarks.
Maintain high levels of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail while
processing large volumes of data.
Requirements: Strong reading comprehension and analytical skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Basic understanding of metadata, tagging, and indexing concepts
Ability to work with diverse content domains
Prociency in MS Oice tools
