Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Assist consultants in patient diagnosis, treatment, and clinical procedures.
- Manage IPD/OPD patients and maintain proper clinical documentation.
- Monitor patient progress and coordinate with nursing and allied departments.
- Attend emergencies and provide timely medical care.
- Perform clinical rounds and follow departmental protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic sessions, and case discussions.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and patient safety standards.
Preferred candidate profile
- MBBS with MD/MS/DNB or relevant qualification as per department requirement.
- Relevant experience in concerned specialty preferred.
- Good clinical knowledge and patient management skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and emergency duties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
