Travel Consultant | Flight Booking & Customer Support @ Epiv Solution

Job Description

• Handle international flight bookings, cancellations, reissues, and refunds
• Manage customer queries via calls, email, and chat support
• Work on multi-sector and complex itineraries
• Guide customers regarding fares, baggage policies, visa transit, and airline rules
• Coordinate with airlines and consolidators
• Maintain CRM records and ensure SLA adherence
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolution support

• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Travel / Airline / OTA
• Good knowledge of fare rules, ticketing, refunds, and reissues
• Experience with GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre preferred
• Good spoken and written English communication
• Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes
• Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts

• Experience handling US, UK, or Canada travel markets
• Knowledge of consolidator and net fares
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
