Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented B. Com graduate to join our Retail Order booking and Billing team. This role will support day-to-day commercial processes, maintain key business records, and ensure accurate data flow across sales and purchase functions.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Order Creation: Process customer orders in the system accurately, ensuring correct pricing, tax, quantity, and delivery timelines.
BP Master Creation: Create and maintain Business Partner (BP) Master data for customers and vendors, including KYC details, GST, address, and contact info.
Revenue Sheet Updation: Update daily/weekly revenue sheets in Excel, track sales performance, reconcile data, and prepare basic MIS reports for management.
Purchase Order Creation: Raise purchase orders based on approved indents, coordinate with procurement and vendors, and track PO status till closure.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: B. Com Graduate Freshers or candidates with 02 years experience may apply.
Excel Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Basic Formulas, and Data Validation. Should be comfortable handling large datasets.
Basic SAP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP ERP specifically SD/MM modules for Sales Order, Purchase Order, and BP Master creation. Hands-on training will be provided.
Other Skills: Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and ability to meet deadlines.
