Job Description:

Access Healthcare is hiring skilled and detail-oriented IVR Medical Coders for its Chennai, Tamil Nadu office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying interventional procedures and diagnoses, assigning appropriate CPT, ICD-10, and Modifiers, and resolving coding-related denials. Responsibilities:
Identify and assign accurate CPT, ICD-10, Modifiers for interventional procedures
Review and analyze coding-related denials for resolution at Access Healthcare
Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and client-specific protocols
Code simple and complex IVR cases accurately and efficiently
Work closely with the QA team at Access Healthcare for continuous coding accuracy
Keep updated with the latest coding regulations and payer policies
Utilize coding tools such as Excode and Image Now for coding operations
