Artifact Production
Build, test, and document the following core portfolio artifacts that learners will use:
1. A Structured DCF Valuation Model: A fully functional spreadsheet template with short-horizon
projections and integrated discounting logic.
2. A Risk-Identification Checklist & Summary: A documented review of an issuers risks with
annotations on their potential impact on valuation and margins.
3. A Multi-Case Scenario Dashboard: An Excel-based tool featuring base, upside, and downside cases
with a summary of decision implications.
4. A Sensitivity/Stress-Test Report: A model output record demonstrating how a single adverse change
in macroeconomic variables affects final valuation results.

Technical Requirements
Domain Depth: 24 years of direct, hands-on experience specifically with Financial Modeling
(DCF/Scenario analysis), Excel (Advanced functions), and AI search tools (Perplexity or similar) for
financial data retrieval.
Overall Experience: 35 years of experience in Equity Research, Investment Banking, or Corporate
FP&A.

Hard Skills:
Advanced Financial Modeling: Proficiency in building three-statement and valuation models
from scratch.
Scenario & Sensitivity Analysis: Experience in stress-testing models for single-variable
adverse conditions versus multi-case frameworks.
AI-Assisted Data Extraction: Ability to utilize GenAI tools to retrieve and validate inputs from
regulatory filings (10-Ks, 10-Qs). Certifications:
Mandatory: Demonstrable portfolio of financial modeling work, such as valuation models,
scenario analyses, or institutional-grade research deliverables.
Preferred: Senior-level finance credentials (CFA, CPA, or MBA-Finance) or certifications in AI
Prompt Engineering/Financial Modeling (e.g., FMVA).Key Responsibilities: Content Delivery & Video Recording
Screencast Demos: Record high-quality screencast videos demonstrating software configurations,
technical diagramming, coding, and workflow processes.
Talking-Head Instruction: Record on-camera videos to deliver conceptual introductions, module
summaries, and key learning points.
Engaging Presentation: Present complex technical decisions in a clear, engaging, and structured
manner suitable for adult learners.
Script Execution: Follow provided scripts, outlines, or storyboards while maintaining a natural,
confident, and conversational delivery.
Content Collaboration & Quality Assurance
Technical Accuracy: Review lesson scripts and provide subject-matter inputs to ensure absolute
technical accuracy and alignment with industry best practices.
Instructional Partnership: Work closely with Instructional Designers, project managers, and the Lead
SME to suggest improvements to the content flow, real-world examples, and visual demonstrations.
Recording Standards: Ensure all recordings meet Hurix Digital's audio, video, and screen-resolution
quality standards. Maintain clear articulation, proper pacing, and a professional on-camera presence.
Revisions: Be willing to re-record segments when required to ensure clarity, accuracy, and flawless
execution.Program Problem Solving & Delivery Enablement
Overcoming Sandbox Limits: Proactively identify and resolve sandbox limitations or tooling
constraints when trying to simulate complex production scenarios on camera.
Alternative Demonstrations: Suggest alternative demonstration methods (e.g., substituting live
sandbox tests with conceptual visual aids) if an environment becomes restricted.
Iterative Agility: Iterate rapidly on feedback from the Lead SME and IDs to keep individual course
production strictly on schedule and ensure timely delivery of all video assets.
General Qualifications & Video Competencies
Education / Curriculum Design: Prior experience writing technical documentation, structuring learning
scripts, or designing technical tutorials is highly preferred.
Video Production: Proven experience recording screencasts, technical tutorials, or training videos.
Familiarity with video capture and broadcasting tools (e.g., Camtasia, OBS, Loom, ScreenFlow) is
highly preferred.
Technical Communication: Strong ability to explain complex architectural or operational decisions to
non-engineering audiences (Instructional Designers) and learners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Clear, confident communication across technical, instructional, and
production stakeholders, with a strong problem-solving mindset
