About the Role

The profile involves interacting with customers over calls, understanding their requirements, and helping them select suitable health insurance plans.Candidates will receive process training and sales guidance from the team.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Connect with customers through outbound calls
• Explain health insurance plans and benefits
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
• Maintain follow-ups and conversion records
• Build customer confidence through effective communication
• Achieve daily and monthly performance goals

• Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
• Freshers & experienced candidates both eligible
• Good Hindi communication skills required
• Basic sales understanding preferred
