The Opportunity
This is a senior hybrid role designed for a professional who thrives at the intersection of technical depth and project leadership. You will function as both a Technical Consultant owning product implementations, ticketing escalations, and hands-on solutioning and as a Project Manager, leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex implementation programmes for Adobe's largest enterprise customers.
You will be expected to shift seamlessly between deep technical work and programme oversight. This requires equal parts engineering mindset and structured delivery discipline. What you'll Do - Hybrid role: Technical Consultanting with Project Management
Project & Programme Management
Manage a portfolio of implementation projects end-to-end from kickoff through delivery and formal closure.
Develop and maintain project plans, resource schedules and status reports for both customer and internal audiences.
Run regular project governance cadences: steering committees, weekly status calls, reviews, and executive briefings.
Proactively identify project risks, issues, and scope changes, escalating and resolving blockers with urgency and transparency.
Partner with Technical Consultants, engineers, and product teams to coordinate delivery of technical workstreams.
Drive requirements gathering workshops and produce clear, structured documentation of scope, acceptance criteria, and delivery milestones.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels from IT administrators through to Directors, VPs, and CXOs.
Champion programme delivery standards and continuously refine PMO processes, templates, and playbooks for the TSS team.
IAM Implementations & Technical Consultancy
Serve as the go-to Subject Matter Expert for Identity and Access Management across your assigned accounts.
Lead discovery sessions to capture customer IAM requirements, infrastructure details, and integration constraints.
Design and document IAM solutions spanning:
LDAP / LDAPS / Microsoft Active Directory (MSAD)
Azure AD, Azure SCIM, OKTA, Ping Identity, Google Identity, ADFS
OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0
User Management API (UMAPI)
Guide customers through full implementation lifecycle: configuration, testing, go-live, and post-launch support.
Troubleshoot complex identity and access issues
Maintain hands-on competency across Adobe Admin Console and Global Admin Console for enterprise tenants.Customer-Facing Communications & Stakeholder Management
Act as the senior customer-facing representative on your programmes owning communications, expectation management, and relationship health.
Adapt communication style confidently across audiences: from hands-on engineers to C-suite stakeholders.
Produce high-quality written deliverables: project status decks, technical proposals, executive summaries, and solution documentation.

Build trusted partnerships, communicate, and influence at all levels in the organization to positively impact the team and portfolio What you need to succeed Demonstrate a consistent record of leading scope, schedule, and resources within a project management framework Experience in IAM Implementations & Technical Consultancy Ability to summarize and communicate effectively at the executive level Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, including the ability to build clear observations, analysis, and conclusions based on customer interviews and data Excellent customer facing skills with experience addressing and achieving support from senior leaders (i.e., Managers, Directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs) Outstanding communications skills both oral and written Ability to work in a global environment and lead distributed teams Ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple projects at the same time Experience with project management systems such as Atlassian tools (Confluence/Jira) Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant industry experience (preferred) Special consideration Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud solutions Experience with Adobe Document Cloud solutions
