We are looking for a skilled Senior Total Rewards Analyst to join our team at Toast, playing a crucial role in driving business growth through innovative compensation and benefits strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in total rewards analysis and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement comprehensive total rewards strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.


• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform compensation and benefits decisions.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver competitive compensation packages.


• Manage and maintain accurate records of employee data and benefits information.


• Provide expert advice on total rewards-related matters to stakeholders across the organization.
