Staff Software Engineer MLOps @ Toast

Job Description

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable data pipelines using MLOps tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into existing systems.
• Develop and maintain large-scale data architectures to support model deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to model performance and data quality.
• Work closely with data engineers to ensure seamless data flow between different systems.
• Implement automated testing and validation frameworks to ensure high-quality model deployment.

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with MLOps tools and technologies is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
