Job description:


We are looking for target-oriented people who would like to excel in their career in IT Software / banking software product sales with good communication and presentation skills, and have knowledge of IT.
Seeking a target-driven Inside Sales professional (38 years) with experience in IT software/SaaS/CRM/ERP sales, lead generation, and cold calling in US/UK/EU markets. The role involves setting up appointments with C-level decision-makers, qualifying and closing leads, understanding client technology needs, and achieving sales targets through strong communication and market research skills.

  • 2-8 years of experience into inside sales in software industry, experience into CRM, SAAS sales will be added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills written & verbal.
  • Experience in Market Research/ Lead Generation and Inside Sales activity in US, UK/EU market
  • Setting up call appointments/ in-person meetings with the C Level/ IT decision makers .
  • Cold Calling; Making multiple outbound calls as per the daily quota to potential clients and ensure closure as per target given.
  • Qualifying leads in HOT, WARM, COLD bucket to ensure effective data capturing.
  • Understanding Client needs, offering/proposing best suited product or solutions.
  • Research business directories, web searches or digital resources to generate potential leads.
  • Answer potential Client questions and follow-up questions to Close Sales on Winning Note.
  • Assess competitors by understanding & analyzing their requirements, for effective pitch.
  • Coordinating with Inside Sales Lead/Manager on day-to-day work to record performance.
  • Should be a team player
  • Good understanding of global IT & ITeS market and provide support to US Sales BDMs
  • Should understand prospects technology needs and customize email pitch accordingly
  • Enthusiastic, team player, self-starter, and quality focused individual
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly lead target and fill opportunity pipeline
  • Must be aggressive, adaptive to market challenges and deliver sales target
  • Highly proficient in computer skills and good knowledge on MS Office

Skills Required:


Cold calling in US Market is Must

Willing to work in Night Shift from Office.

Good Understanding of IT Technologies.

Excellent Communication skills,ERP, SAAS, CRM or IT sales will be preferred. (NO staffing Sales, EdTech Sales)
