Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Assist in processing customer orders, invoices, and payments.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and perform quality checks on entered data.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to queries via phone or email.

Job Requirements :

Fresher or entry-level candidate with good English communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices preferred but not required.
