Job Description
Responsibilities
- Project and Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of SAP consultants and developers; manage SAP SD projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
- Business Analysis and Requirements: Collaborate with business units to understand requirements, conduct workshops, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Configuration and Design: Configure, customize, and optimize the SAP SD module, including pricing procedures, credit management, billing, and order management.
- Integration and Collaboration: Integrate SAP SD with other modules such as Materials Management (MM), Financial Accounting (FI), and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
- Support and Troubleshooting: Provide expert support, troubleshoot issues, and manage day-to-day operations and 3rd level support requests.
- Testing and Documentation: Lead and coordinate functional and integration testing, create and maintain technical and process documentation, and ensure a smooth transition into operations.
- Training and User Support: Develop and conduct training for end-users and provide ongoing guidance to ensure effective system utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science).
- Significant experience (e.g., 8+ years) in SAP, with a strong focus on the SD module.
- Proven experience with SAP SD configurations, integrations, and support.
- Hands-on experience with at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation is often required.
- Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of other SAP modules like MM, FI, and PP is beneficial.
