Job Description
Description:We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms such as AWS and/or GCP. You will work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to design and maintain efficient data infrastructure and enable data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong programming experience in Python.
Advanced SQL skills with experience in query optimization and database design.
Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
Build and optimize data architectures, data lakes, and data warehouses.
Develop reusable and efficient Python scripts for data processing and automation.
Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Work with AWS/GCP cloud services for data ingestion, storage, processing, and orchestration.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data pipeline performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions.
Ensure data quality, integrity, governance, and security standards are maintained.
Implement CI/CD practices and support deployment automation for data workflows.
Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation.
