Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Staff AI Engineer / Lead AI Engineer to join our team at Rapid7. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibility
- Design and develop scalable and efficient AI and ML models to solve complex problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.
- Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines and architectures.
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in AI and ML.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards.
Job Requirements
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
- Excellent understanding of software design patterns and principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
