Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Auditing
- Conduct rigorous audits of work produced by technical writers to ensure strict
adherence to project editorial guidelines.
- Ensure all content is free from typos, spelling mistakes, grammatical issues,
punctuation errors, and formatting inconsistencies.
- Review content with a high degree of efficiency to meet both quality benchmarks
and productivity targets.
Content Enhancement & Strategy
- Identify and implement content improvements to enhance readability and clarity,
directly contributing to an improved user experience.
- Partner with SMEs, other Vendors and Clients to understand
project requirements and design specific style frameworks.
- Analyze audit findings to identify recurring trends, knowledge gaps, and areas for
improvement, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
Operational Excellence & Training
- Assist in developing and maintaining scalable style guides for global content
production.
- Facilitate the onboarding and training of new team members regarding content
guidelines, editing standards, and industry best practices.
- Lead team training sessions to drive consistency and participate in calibration
sessions to align on quality expectations.
- Maintain accurate trackers, audit logs, and reporting dashboards to monitor team
performance and content health.

Required Skills:
- Editorial Excellence: Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to
produce engaging, clear, concise, error-free content
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to identifying inconsistencies and
subtle errors in complex documentation
- Content Enhancement: Ability to refine, structure, and simplify complex
technical data to significantly improve overall readability, clarity, and the end-user
experience
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills to effectively
collaborate with clients, incorporate feedback, and manage expectations
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and develop creative solutions for
content challenges or process inefficiencies
- Adaptability: Resilience and flexibility to pivot based on changes in the client
ecosystem or evolving audience needs
- Innovation & Creativity: Ability to think critically and develop creative solutions
for content challenges or drive continuous improvement within the editorial
process
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize complex tasks and manage workflows
effectively to meet deadlines
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with Information Retrieval systems and logic
- Search Engine Optimisation
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in English, Linguistics, or a related field
- 4+ years of professional experience in content editing and quality assuranc
