Job Description
Job Title: Senior HR Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Job Type: Full-time Join Nyusoft Solutions Own, Lead, and Grow! We are looking for a proactive and dependable Senior HR Executive with strong hands-on experience in HR operations.
- This is a high-ownership role where you will manage critical HR processes, support leadership, and help build scalable systems that drive organizational success.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Issue offer letters and handle employee documentation.
- Own employee onboarding including documentation, welcome kits, joining emails, and HR drive updates.
- Coordinate and manage background verification.
- Handle payroll inputs such as attendance, DeskTime, overtime, and leave data.
- Support PMS along with training and development initiatives.
- Maintain leave records and HR MIS.
- Execute exit formalities and full-and-final settlements.
- Coordinate closely with accounts and leadership teams.
- Ensure process continuity, proper handovers, and backups for all critical HR tasks.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 6 years of hands-on experience in HR operations.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work independently without constant follow-ups.
- Excellent process orientation and documentation skills.
- Clear and proactive communication, especially during high-responsibility periods.
- Comfortable managing multiple HR functions simultaneously.
- Growth mindset with the willingness to improve systems and processes.
- Must have experience handling at least 7080% of the responsibilities listed above.
- Experience with KEKA or similar HRMS/ATS platforms is preferred.
- Exposure to using AI in HR processes will be an added advantage.
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field preferred.
