Job Description
Description:GlobalLogic is seeking an entry-level Italian Translator/Italian Specialist (02 years of experience) with A2/B1 certification and strong proficiency in Italian and English. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to conduct web research and analyze information. Candidates should be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 rotational shift environment.
Requirements:
- 02 years of experience as an Italian Translator / Italian Specialist.
- A2/B1 certification in Italian is required.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and week-offs (24/7, 365-day support environment).
- Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English, including reading, writing, and email etiquette.
- Good understanding of various forms of public transport.
- Strong research skills, with the ability to use diverse online sources across multiple languages.
- Keen attention to detail and high accuracy in execution.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of a second language (German, French, or Spanish) is an added advantage.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.
- Adaptable and quick to learn new projects, tools, and processes.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
- Educational qualification: Any graduate.
- Customer service background (e.g., communications team) is preferred but not mandatory.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to read and write provided text in the recommended format.
- Strong proficiency in Italian and English grammar, including articulation and sentence structure.
- Ability to manage and switch between multiple workflows, adapting effectively to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong web research skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret patterns and trends.
- Capability to accurately document findings through written notes and appropriate software tools.
