Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage Revenue & Accounts Receivable operations including Banking, Treasury, Payment Gateway Management, Revenue MIS, Cash Flow, and Bank Reconciliation.
Handle monthly closures, reconciliations, revenue accounting, and compliance activities.
Ensure adherence to IND AS 115, accounting standards, and internal controls.
Monitor receivables, collections, ageing analysis, and cash flow management.
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and ERP implementation support.
Manage Statutory, Internal, and Due Diligence audits.
Conduct revenue and cost center analysis to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and AP teams for smooth finance operations.
Prepare MIS reports, review journal entries, and maintain accuracy of financial records.
Support new business initiatives and finance process enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

CA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
Strong knowledge of Revenue Accounting and IND AS 115.
Experience in AR operations, reconciliations, audits, and reporting.
Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
