Bynder Administrator / Digital Asset Management (DAM) Administrator
Exp - 3-6 yrs

Job Summary
The Bynder Administrator will be responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting the Bynder Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform. This role ensures efficient organization, governance, and distribution of digital assets while supporting business users, marketing, and creative teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience administering the Bynder DAM platform.
- Good understanding of Digital Asset Management concepts, metadata, taxonomy, and workflows.
- Experience with user management, access control, and governance in enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with integrations (APIs, connectors) and basic troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of branding, marketing, or creative workflows is a plus.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Bynder DAM platform, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, and authentication (SSO if applicable).
- Configure metadata schemas, taxonomy, asset workflows, profiles, and presets.
- Oversee asset lifecycle management, including ingestion, tagging, versioning, archiving, and deletion.
- Ensure compliance with brand governance, usage rights, and licensing agreements.
- Support integrations with third-party systems (CMS, PIM, Adobe Creative Cloud, marketing tools, etc.).
- Act as the primary point of contact for DAM-related issues, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination with Bynder support..
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SSO, OAuth, or identity management integrations.
- Exposure to Adobe Creative Cloud, CMS, PIM, or marketing automation tools.
- Prior experience in marketing operations or creative technology environments.
- Bynder certification (if available) is a plus.
