Job DescriptionTechnical Competencies
Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 & above
Proficient in C#.NET
ASP.net Webforms / MVC
Java script, Jquery,
SQL 2012 & above
HTML, CSS
Web service/WCF Service
TFS/Git/Bitbucket
XML, XSLT
Technical Competencies
Ability to understand existing project and write a code to extend the functionality as per the new business enhancement
Strong debugging skill of c# code and sql query/store procedure, should able to reverse engineer the legacy code and should have good analytical skill for bug fixing
Ability to create LLDs and translate it into code
Ability to do effort estimations of assigned tasks
Develop Software to supplied User Story/FRS requirements within agreed timescale & with minimum supervision.
Able to do understand Impact of code in relevant modules.
Desirable Technical Requirement
Build Process in .Net
Environment Setup Skill
Good analytical skill both in C# and sql to understand the existing functionality, fix bug and implement new business requirement
Suggest code improvements to other developers in order to optimize performance of the application.
Others Essential Requirement
Escalate issues which cause development of User Story/FRS to fall outside of agreed timescale and contribute to solution to issues.
Works jointly with the TL to establish standards and maintains agreed standards applicable to the work undertaken and ensures that they are adhered to
Communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with other team members (Onshore and Offshore).

Ability to suggest improvements to a User Story and communicate these to required stakeholder (Business Analyst)
