Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and other training sessions to educate employees on new systems and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Manage the entire training lifecycle from development to delivery.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Proven experience in training and change management with a minimum of 11 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with training software and tools such as LMS, content management systems, and social media platforms.
