Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented PMS & Compensation professional to drive performance management processes and compensation programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Performance Management Systems (PMS), Compensation & Benefits, and HR automation, ensuring alignment between employee performance and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) cycles.
  • Drive goal setting, OKRs & KRAs, performance reviews, and calibration processes.
  • Conduct OKR/KRA audits to ensure alignment with business and organizational goals.
  • Support Compensation & Benefits (C&B) initiatives including:
    • Salary benchmarking
    • Rewards & recognition programs
    • Compensation reviews
    • Benefits administration
  • Manage and administer PMS & C&B processes using Darwinbox HRMS.
  • Identify opportunities for HR automation to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
  • Analyze HR data and prepare dashboards, reports, and insights for leadership.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve performance governance.
  • Ensure compliance, process documentation, and policy adherence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 24 years of experience in Performance Management & Compensation.
  • Strong expertise in PMS execution and governance.
  • Hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits practices.
  • Working experience with Darwinbox HRMS.
  • Knowledge of HR automation, HR analytics, and reporting.
  • Experience in OKR/KRA frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Educational Qualification

  • MBA (HR) / MHRM or equivalent Human Resources qualification.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to HR process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working in fast-paced or product organizations.
  • Strong Excel / HR Analytics capability.
