Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Database Administration Support professional to join our team at SISL Infotech Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database administration and support, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and maintenance for databases, ensuring high availability and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues, including data inconsistencies and security breaches.
Collaborate with development teams to design and implement new database solutions and features.
Develop and maintain documentation of database systems, including schema diagrams and query optimization techniques.
Ensure compliance with database security standards and best practices.
Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of database administration principles, including data modeling, normalization, and denormalization.
Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
